🔒 Deposits
All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future appointment if 48 hours notice is given.

📆 Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, and your deposit will be carried over. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or changes/cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged the full appointment cost, due to lost preparation, product prescription cost and time.
